Return and Exchange Policy


We only accept return & exchange if there is any defect or faulty on the items received by customer. All that exchange items will be subject to the availability of the current stocks. Customer will be suggested to exchanged to other items if the exchange items out of stock.

Return/Exchange items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if the items are returned within 7 days of received (for both local and international orders). Shipping cost for the return will be borne by us.

However, customers are advised to notify us via the ticketing system
by quoting the order number and the product details. Please login in order to use the ticketing system platform and find it under menu dropship.

Sale items, Printed Design (eg: Queeny Kurung) and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable. Accessories including jewellery, bags and hair accessories are non-returnable too. All goods sold are not refundable.
